2010-2012 Shandong Lijiu Special Motor Co., Ltd.   postdoctoral workstation, during the station, to assist Shandong Lijiu   Special Motor Co., Ltd. to complete the YE3 series (IP55) ultra-high   efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor series research and development and   testing, The series of motors have been successfully entered into the   "National catalogue of High-Efficiency Motor Energy-saving and benefit to   the people", and have been awarded by Shandong Province excellent Energy   Saving Award, Weihai Science and Technology Award and so on.

2013-2014   Visiting scholar of Gannon University, USA, who taught the course Electrical   Drive, as a mentor to the Gannon University / Singapore Nanyang Polytechnic   Joint Project.

Special   motor, transformer design, new energy generation technology, motor energy   saving technology, electromagnetic performance calculation and analysis of   electrical equipment, electrical design and control
